What we do
JAO Services Inc. is a full-service accounting and tax practice. We handle monthly bookkeeping and write-up, financial statement preparation, payroll processing and payroll tax filings, sales tax reporting, corporate and personal income tax preparation, IRS resolution support and forward-looking tax planning. Every client works with a named team, on a clear monthly fee, with a direct line to the people doing the work rather than a call center.
Who we serve
We build our practice around small and mid-sized businesses and the families behind them: convenience stores and fuel retailers, trucking companies and owner-operators, restaurants, contractors, professional practices and online sellers. Many of our clients have been with the firm for decades, and much of our work comes from referrals. Who builds and runs it
The firm was founded by Jorge Ordinola, who immigrated to the United States from Lima, Peru at fifteen, learned the language and the trade, and built JAO Services Inc. on honest service and long relationships. Today our accountants, payroll specialists and tax planners in Orlando run the practice, and Jorge still works alongside them.
This website is built and maintained in-house by the JAO Services team, along with the private workspace our staff uses every day to track filings, data entry and payroll deadlines. We build our own tools so they match how our accountants actually work, and so client information stays with the people who serve you.
